SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, Pa. — Inmates are suing the prison they’re currently incarcerated in for alleged violation of their civil rights.
According to WFMZ, 45 inmates are suing for an inadequate amount of food and for being forced to sleep on the floor.
They are calling for several employees to be fired. In response, officials say they take every inmate complaint seriously and try to provide prisoners with the best conditions possible.
