RICHMOND, Ky. — A jail escapee, on the run for six days, has turned himself in to authorities.
Roger Million broke out of the Madison County Detention Center last Friday. Jailer Doug Thomas says Million turned himself in around nine Friday morning without incident, at his attorney’s office in Richmond.
There had been questions about when law enforcement were actually notified about the escape. The Madison County Jailer says he called 911 to report the escape, thinking dispatchers would tell State Police. But, the Madison County 911 director says dispatchers only told law enforcement in Madison County, and not State Police.
