WHEATFIELD, NY —A former corrections officer in Niagara County could face federal charges after an explosion in his parent’s garage severely injured his leg.
Investigators believe a man identified by sources as 45-year-old Michael O’Neill may have been building bombs.
“One went off and there was evidence of a few others,” said Niagara County Sheriff James Voutour.
