MUSKEGON COUNTY, Ill. — An inmate may receive a longer sentence if convicted for grabbing the butt of a food service worker.
According to MLive, inmate Daniel Ray Partee, 23, has been charged with one count of criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree, and as a fourth-time habitual offender.
Partee is currently serving time for using a gun to shoot a teenager in 2008. He was sentenced to a minimum of four years and nine months to 10 years in prison. He is also serving time for a drug-related conviction involving cocaine.
