CAMPBELLSBILLE, Ky. — Chris Tuttle, a Kentucky inmate serving time for third degree burglary, has been credited with saving a woman from a potential abduction.

According to Wave News, Tuttle was out on a work release when he noticed a young woman walking home being followed by a suspicious man in a car.

Tuttle said the man asked for directions and drove away. He then saw the man pull over, remove his pants and drive back up to the woman. Tuttle and a city employee followed the woman around a corner and were able to intervene when they saw the man grab the woman through his car window.

The driver sped off and has not been seen since.
