WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. — A former prison worker convicted of repeatedly having sex with an inmate named another female deputy who she claims was also having sex with the same man.

The Huffington Post reports that Jill Curry implicated an unnamed sheriff’s deputy of having a sexual relationship with Jang-Li Delgado Galban, a gang member doing time on assault charges.

Curry pleaded guilty to unlocking a series of doors a total of 13 times so the inmate could have sex with her in a supply closet. She was sentenced to over four years in prison.

“[He] then told me he had done this before with the deputy several times. He explained to me that it happened when he was in custody in 2010. He described exactly how they got away with it… He told he she explained to him about the cameras and mailed him money when he went to prison,” Curry wrote in a statement.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says it is investigating the allegation.

Curry blamed her affair with the inmate on her crumbling marriage, saying it made her vulnerable to the inmate’s advances.

Judge Charles Bailey said he found her explanation “stupid and ludicrous” before sentencing her.

Both Curry and fellow Washington County employee Brett Robinson were charge with custodial sexual misconduct last year. Both served jail services technicians and had access to various areas of the jail, including booking, inmate units and the control center.
