TRUMBULL COUNTY, Ohio — Richard Ware, one of the three suspects in the hostage-taking of Trumbull County Corrections Officer Joe Lynn last Wednesday, appeared in the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas in Warren Monday on charges unrelated to the hostage situation.
Ware faces charges of aggravated robbery in connection with the holdup of a CVS Pharmacy in Warren on December 18. His next court date is scheduled for June 23.
