SALEM, Ore. — All 14 of Oregon’s state prisons will soon be offering ‘clean’ movies, comedy and faith-based TV through the Trinity Broadcasting Network.

The Second Chance programming, described as “ministering hope and restoration to thousands of men and women incarcerated throughout America,” will be made available to inmates, according to Oregon Live.

The programming was created in 2007 and is currently available in over 750 prisons nationwide.

It will give prisoners “24-hour access to church and ministry programs, relevant Bible studies, engaging talk shows, clean movies and comedy, extreme sports, music and many other types of programs.”

TBN covers cost of equipment and installation, and offers up to four of its popular faith networks: TBN’s flagship channel; JUCE, for young adults; Church Channel; and the Enlance Spanish-language faith network.
