YORK, Pa. — A York man who allegedly committed two robberies after failing to report back to Adams County prison is now in jail in York County.
Pennsylvania State Police in York County picked up Timothy Rosenberry, 29, of South Belvidere Avenue, and took him to York County prison Jan. 3 after Rosenberry allegedly robbed 202 N. Penn St. and 576 Maryland Ave., both in York.
York City Police detectives could not be reached for comment this morning.
Rosenberry had been imprisoned at Adams County prison but was given a 24-hour furlough Dec. 20. He was scheduled to report back to the prison by 8 p.m. Dec. 21, but did not return, police said.
Rosenberry’s bail was set at $25,000. He was still in York County prison as of this morning.
