Stay alert to ‘cell made’ weapons

This photo, taken at the Green Bay Corrections Institution in Wisconsin, serves as a cautionary reminder that anything a prisoner can take apart, dismantle or break can be made into a weapon.

“All they have is time,” said C1 expert Gary Klugiewicz. “That’s why it’s so important to check the area every day to make sure ntohing has been tampered with.”
