PITTSBURGH — Nine jurors were selected today to hear the criminal case against former corrections officer Harry F. Nicoletti, and the process is to continue tomorrow.
Mr. Nicoletti, 62, of Coraopolis, worked at the State Correctional Institution Pittsburgh on F Block until early 2011, when he was suspended.
He faces 89 counts ranging from official oppression to institutional sexual assault. He has maintained his innocence.
