SOMERSET, Pa. — An inmate serving a life sentence for murder was charged with assaulting and harassing six COs at a prison where he was temporarily incarcerated this summer, the Trib Live reported.
Thomas S. Vile, 65, was an inmate at State Correctional Institute-Somerset June 12 when he refused to follow handcuff procedure and threw a cup of urine at officers who were attempting to extract him from his cell.
