JUNEAU — A 28-year-old inmate at Waupun Correctional Institution has been charged with stabbing a correction’s officer in the face with a pair of scissors on Christmas Eve.
Abdishakur Noor Muddey was charged with battery by prisoner with a dangerous weapon as a repeat offender and substantial battery with a dangerous weapon.
If convicted, he faces up to 27-and-a-half years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
