Contraband: Cell phone in cereal box

A C1 member sent us this photo and wrote, “We found this photo on the web site of Sen. John Benoit of Calif. There’s a surprise at the bottom of every box!’”

The benefit of all cereal, whether issued in a facility or to civilians is that it comes in a see-through plastic bag. All you have to do is take it out of the box to see the contents within.
