HOWELL, Mich. — A Howell woman is locked up for taking Jell-O shots.
According to the Livingston Daily Press, Melissa Schultz isn’t supposed to be drinking under terms of her probation. But she says someone at work brought in Jell-O shots so she took one.
When pressed, she admitted to her parole officer, that she knew there was alcohol in the shot. So, the judge sentenced her to 15-days in jail.
