HARTLEPOOL, UK — A probationer who previously served time for threat has landed himself back behind bars after threatening to behead his probation officer.
Marcus Davies threatened to attack the probation officer, whose name has not been released, and ‘cut her up’ with a machete during an interview that was part of his probation requirements, according to Hartlepool Mail.
The probation officer said Davies damaged a door when he was told to leave. He was arrested the next day, and became combative with police.
Davies admitted to threatening behavior and criminal damage on Sept. 15, and assaulting a police officer on Sept. 16.
He has been sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, and to pay 25 pounds to each of his victims, 50 pounds for the damage to the door and a 150 pound criminal court charge.
