ROCHDALE, England — A British man is back in prison despite the fact his alcohol monitoring device was put on his prosthetic leg, according to The Telegraph.
Offender Christopher Lowcock wrapped his prosthetic limb in a bandage and fooled staff who failed to carry out the proper tests when they set up the tag and monitoring equipment at his home, according to reports.
Lowcock was able to remove his leg anytime he wanted to break his home curfew.
When officials went to check up on Lowcock he had already been arrested and was back in custody accused of driving while banned and without insurance.
