Deborah McQueen, a doctoral student at the University of the Cumberlands, is inviting correctional employees and retirees to partake in a survey on the relationship between leadership and barriers to recidivism within U.S. incarceration cacilities.

This research aims to shed light on the influence of leadership styles within correctional facilities on recidivism rates, an area of critical importance to the justice system and community safety.
