AUBURN, NY — Three correctional officers with the Auburn Correctional Facility and one police officer were arrested after a noisy party at the Letchworth State Park.
Police issued a warning to party-goers on Sept. 18 to keep the noise down, and then arrested “four uncooperative individuals,” according to the Syracuse.
The three correctional officers – Keith Vincent, Michael McKee and Thomas Cochrane – face charges of obstruction of governmental administration and unlawful assembly. Vincent also faces two counts of disorderly conduct and Cochrane was charged with a noise violation.
McKee was additionally charged with first-degree criminal impersonation, though the reason why was not immediately available.
The police officer arrested was Mark Schafer, who is charged with obstruction of governmental administration, unlawful assembly and disorderly conduct.
