MONTGOMERY, Alabama — An Alabama prison inmate is no longer operating a social media account on Facebook from behind bars.
WSFA-TV in Montgomery reports that it contacted the Department of Corrections about Robert Kimbrough’s Facebook page. The department contacted Facebook and the page was taken down.
Kimbrough’s profile showed numerous photos taken inside Elmore Correctional Facility in Elmore County, and it contained a photo of his tattooed chest and arms. The posts stared about eight months after Kimbrough’s 2012 conviction for murder. He is scheduled for release in 2030.
