BEND, Ore. — An inmate at a correctional facility in Oregon reportedly is sick with tuberculosis.

The inmate is currently undergoing treatment and will continue to be isolated at the Snake River Correctional Institution in Eastern Oregon, according to My Central Oregon.

The Department of Corrections along with the Malheur County Health Department and the Oregon Health Authority is testing staff and inmates who may have come into contact with the infected inmate, according to reports.

Snake River is the largest prison in Oregon, with a population of 3,042 inmates, according to the article.
