PREBLE COUNTY, Ohio — A recent sentence handed down in the Preble County Common Pleas Court has Preble County law enforcement officials questioning the judge’s decision.

Fraternal Order of Police officials spoke out last month regarding their displeasure with the punishment Judge David Abruzzo issued to a man who had not only been convicted of burglary and theft, but also had assaulted a corrections officer, and tried to escape from deputies while being transported.
