MUNCIE, Ind. — A man who has been arrested more than 100 times since 1991 has found himself back behind bars at the Delaware County jail.
The Indy Star reports that Tony Irvin McKinley, 55, was arrested for intimidation, public intoxication and disorderly conduct Thursday.
Officers were sent to a man’s home after they were told McKinley refused to leave after spitting on the man’s floor.
McKinley was then taken to a nearby hospital due to his level of intoxication, where he told one of the officers he was going to “shoot him in the head.” He also threatened to shoot hospital police officers.
McKinley has been arrested more than 115 times since the current county jail opened in 1991. He is currently being held under a $7,000 bond.
Most of his arrests have been alcohol related.
