MADISONVILLE — A man just released from prison has been arrested again, this time on charges of carjacking a woman and crashing the vehicle into a house.
According to ABC News, Jeremy Joseph Moore was arrested Sunday for making a non-emergency 911 call. He was released on bond Monday morning.
He was allegedly waiting at the sheriff’s office for a ride home when he eneted a vehicle occupied by a woman, whom Moore told to get out of the car. She sustained minor injuries getting out.
Moore then drove the vehicle away, crashing it 10 minutes later into a home.
He’s since been rearrested and taken to the Monroe County Jail.
