WYOMING, Mich. – A man with a history for nudity has been arrested again for shedding his clothes in a public area, and now faces life in prison for the indecency.

MLive reports that Timothy Simonson was released a year ago after completing two year stint after police found him naked from the waist down in a public park.

Simonson admitted to being naked on June 7 while visiting Resurrection Cemetery, which is just across the street from St. John Vianney Catholic Parish and school.

At least one woman saw Simonson without his clothes on, prompting police to question Simonson about his nudity.

He now faces charges of indecent exposure as a sexually delinquent person. If convicted, he can be sentenced to stay in prison until it can be reasonably determined he is not a threat to re-offend, which could be as long as life in prison.

He’s also charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements after he allegedly failed to show up for a hearing and for tampering with his electronic monitoring device.

Simonson was charged with aggravated indecent exposure in 2009, unarmed robbery in 1985, breaking and entering in 1986 and prison escape in 1990.
