DOYLESTOWN, Pa. — A southeastern Pennsylvania man accused of trading a tattoo for sex with an underage girl now faces sex charges involving more than a dozen other children.

Prosecutors say 34-year-old Walter Meyerle faces nearly 200 additional sex crimes counts, some involving children under the age of 10. Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler says those charges will be filed Friday.

Meyerle was arrested in March for allegedly giving a teen girl a tattoo in return for having sex with him. He is being held on $1 million bail.

Heckler says more victims came forward after Meyerle’s arrest.

Meyerle’s attorney tells the Bucks County Courier Times he has more work to do now to prove his client is innocent.
