SAN FRANCISCO — Deputies are searching for an inmate who managed to get away from his escort while taking out the trash and escape.
SF Gate reports that Timothy Deshone Midgett was being escorted by a deputy sheriff while taking out jail trash. Midgett escaped by pushing open an exit door and running east.
The escorting deputy chased the inmate and called in a description and direction of travel but was not able to recapture Midgett.
Information on Midgett’s conviction was not readily available.
