They wrote, “From a corrections officer’s perspective; you should see in this picture: seven containers for drugs or tobacco, two blades, four tattoo needles, two screwdrivers and one cigarette lighter.
What may appear to be ordinary trash and bits and pieces could be something very dangerous indeed.”
