FORT MYERS, Fla. — A veteran corrections leader with more than two decades of experience is aiming to support the next generation of professionals with a new three-book series focused on leadership, resilience and operational realities inside correctional facilities.

Bob Bramblet, a lieutenant with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and a 25-year law enforcement and corrections veteran, has released “Corrections Leadership,” a series designed as a practical guide for personnel at all levels. The collection includes “The Professional Turnkey,” “Stripe Trauma” and “The Crisis Behind the Walls.”

The books address the psychological demands and operational challenges faced by corrections staff, offering insights intended for both new officers and experienced leaders managing complex environments.

“I didn’t write these books to make money,” Bramblet said. “My goal is to impart the knowledge I’ve gathered over a 25-year career to those currently making their way in this profession. I want to provide the tools that help officers succeed and stay safe in an incredibly demanding environment.”

Bramblet, a graduate of the National Jail Leadership Command Academy, said the series is priced to make it accessible for agencies looking to support training and professional development across their workforce.

The Corrections Leadership series is available through Amazon.

Bramblet has spent more than 25 years in law enforcement and corrections and has also served as president of the Florida Outdoor Writers Association. He is a published author focusing on the corrections profession and outdoor writing.
