WASHINGTON — Chris Brown will remain in jail until June at the very least, after a judge denied his bid to be released, according to TMZ.

Brown was jailed last month after getting kicked out of a court-ordered rehab program in Southern California. The rehab was a condition of his probation stemming from his conviction of assault for beating Rihanna.

The singer was flown by U.S. Marshalls to Washington, D.C., for a supposed hearing Wednesday on his assault case -- the same day his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy was convicted of an October 2013 incident in D.C., in which a man alleges he was assaulted by both men while trying to get into a picture with two women outside the singer’s tour bus.
