‘F--- This Court': Woman files bleep-filled tirade against judge

Responded with a rant titled “To F--- This Court and Everything that it Stands For”

ATLANTA — After her $10 billion lawsuit against Georgia officials was dismissed, a woman responded with a nine-paged profanity-filled tirade against the judge responsible.

NBC News reports that Tamah Jade Clark called Judge Willis B. Hunt Jr. an “old geezer” and said he was on a “one way ticket to hell” after he recused himself from hearing the rest of her complaint “in light of Plaintiff’s decidedly vitriolic pleading.”

Clark had been arrested in 2010 when she visited her husband in jail and police found an AK-47, assault rifle, a .45 caliber pistol and wilderness survival gear in her car. She and her husband were accused of plotting an escape attempt after phone conversations detailed them discussing it.

There is no record Clark was ever convicted or served any prison time.

She then filed her $10 billion lawsuit against officials for wrongful arrest, conviction and incarceration of her husband. Jason Joseph Clark was being held in a south Georgia jail after being convicted of aggravated assault, domestic battery and other crimes.

The case was largely dismissed on the legal ground that it was filed after the two-year statute of limitations had expired, but also because it was, as the judge described it, “nonsensical.”

Clark is a member of the sovereign citizen tax-protest movement and claims to not be a U.S. citizen and couldn’t bring the action on Jason Clark’s behalf, he wrote.

Clark responded with a rant titled “To F--- This Court and Everything that it Stands For.”

“Don’t you ever again in your motherf-----g life attempt to disrespect me, my family, or our status again. Keep our names out of your unworthy mouth,” the papers state.

Clark could not be reached for comment but did state on her Facebook page that she would address the matter at a later time.

Hunt could also not be reached for comment.
