LOUISVILLE, Ky. — An inmate currently in custody on pending assault charges is now facing charges of tampering with a witness.
WAVE reports that Quantez Robert Willis called the victim of the assault charges and told her, “Don’t come to court.” There is recording of the call.
The victim and Willis have a child together.
