FAIRFAX COUNTY, Wash. — An inmate at the Fairfax jail may have been orchestrating a prostitution ring out of his jail cell, documents obtained by News4 allege.

Lenny Paul Haskins, 32, was arrested last year for failure to appear for a felony offense, failure to appear for a misdemeanor offense and possession of marijuana.

Court documents allege Haskins made phone calls from jail to two prostitutes regarding ads online. The prostitutes worked out of a Rockville Best Western hotel and money earned through the prostitution activities was directed to Haskins’ commissary account at the jail, according to documents.
