SUNDERLAND, UK — An inmate with a history of attacking corrections officers has taken to Facebook to bemoan his current incarceration.
Former corrections officer Craig Wylde slammed inmate Kevan Thakrar for moaning about life behind bars, including commentary on the food, sounds of workman’s drills and hammers and not being allowed nail clippers in his cell, according to the Sunderland Echo.
Thakrar stabbed Wylde in the arm in 2010. Wylde may never work again due to pain and flashbacks from the attack. Two other officers were also injured in the attack, according to the Sunderland.
Thakrar is currently serving a life sentence for murdering three men with a machine gun over a drug debt.
“He is a psychopath who is in prison for horrible crimes and shows no remorse,” Wylde told the Sunderland. “Then he assaulted a prison officer and is now moaning about his treatment. He deserves all he gets.”
