FARGO, N.D. — A man said he will plead guilty for failing to report to prison after he was convicted in federal court on a crack cocaine charge.
Rapheal Murphy was sentenced in Fargo to 21/2 years in prison on one count of distributing controlled substances.
Court documents show Murphy was arrested in Minnesota on a separate charge after skipping his appointment with U.S. marshals in March.
Authorities said Murphy bought crack cocaine in the Minneapolis area on several occasions and sold it in the Fargo area.
