Contraband: Cell phone hidden in toilet paper

A C1 reader sent in photos of an inmate’s unusual cell phone hiding spot from a facility in Wisconsin.

At first glance, the toilet paper roll looked like any other.

However, a closer look revealed a cutout on the other side that was almost 4-inches wide — the perfect place to stash a cell phone.
