TASER International Wins Summary Judgment Dismissing Another Product Liability Lawsuit

(NASDAQ: TASR), a market leader in advanced electronic control devices announced that the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa entered an order granting TASER International’s motion for summary judgment in the training injury lawsuit filed by John Gerdon, Plaintiff, against TASER International, Inc. This is the forty-fifth (45th) wrongful death or injury lawsuit that has been dismissed or judgment entered in favor of TASER International. TASER International has not lost any product liability lawsuit.
