CORPUS CHRISTIE, Texas — A man caught with five million pornographic photos, with about 47,000 of them showing pre-pubescent girls, will spend the next eight years in federal prison.
The Valley Central reports that Terry L. Clark, 48, was sentenced to 97 months in federal prison on Thursday.
“Clark acknowledged downloading images of child pornography onto his computer from several different websites and to having a sexual interest in children,” according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas.
“As part of his plea, Clark admitted to possessing more than five million pornographic images. Of those, approximately 47,000 contained child pornography involving pre-pubescent females, some under the age of 12, engaging in sexually explicit conduct with adult males.
“He also admitted to possessing more than 17,000 pornographic videos, of which nearly 400 contained child pornography which also involved pre-pubescent females engaging in sexually explicit conduct with adult males,” the news release also stated.
Once he’s completed his prison sentence, Clark must register as a sex offender and may not have Internet service.
