CALLAWAY COUNTY, Mo. — A 22-year-old man is the Callaway County Jail arrested on suspicion of child abuse.
Fulton Police responded Wednesday night around 10:40 to a residence in the 400 block of East 2nd Street for a domestic disturbance.
Police said their investigation determined that Bradley Foutes Jr. had hit two juveniles. Police said Foutes punched a one-year-old baby boy in his head and kicked and slapped a 12-year-old boy in his head and stomach.
