NC inmate orders home break-in from jail to cover his bail
The inmate told a man to break into a home to find bail money for him

ASHEVILLE, NC — An inmate is facing felony charges after he ordered a man to break into a home to get enough money to cover his bond.
Dustin Anthony Foust, 38, used a jail phone to call a man named “RJ” and order him to commit breaking or entering of a residence to find bond money, Citizen Times reports.
Foust put another inmate on the phone to tell “RJ” the location and description of the house.
Foust is charged with felony conspiracy breaking and entering and felony larceny.
His bond was set at $3,000.
