PHILADELPHIA — A suspect is in custody in connection to last week’s murder of Corrections Officer Lottie Denny.
ABC News reports that the suspect, Ronald Jones, is the victim’s boyfriend. He had just finished serving a 16-year prison sentence.
Jones was pulled over while driving her car without a license and taken into custody. He is violent offender, according to police, and is on parole until 2035. He is being held on parole violation until DNA evidence can be obtained.
He has not yet been charged with murder.
