MORVEN, Ga. — Friends and family gathered Monday night to celebrate the lives of Wilbur and Anisa Mobley, after they were found shot to death outside their home last week.
Both Mobleys were killed as they were leaving for work Wednesday morning, according to WALB. Both were corrections officers at Valdosta State Prison.
Family members were grateful for the vigil, saying they still haven’t gotten over the loss. The funeral is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 13.
Currently there are no suspects in custody in relation to the death, and no arrests have been made. Authorities located a gray work van that they believe the killer was driving, but they would not state where it was found.
