CHICAGO, Ill. — The Cook County Department of Corrections has adopted a new software management system to better manage their inmate population.

IBN reports that Tribridge Offender360 is now live within the department and will help reduce the complexities and costs of managing inmate intake, facilities management and managing programs aimed at reducing recidivism.

Tribridge Offender360 is built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and offers three modules to focus on different areas of corrections management: Offender Management, Facilities Management and Community Corrections Management.

Functionality includes sentence and time accounting; offender demographics; security threat group tracking; visitation scheduling; drug test scheduling; recidivism reduction and management; and housing and bed assignment.
