DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Videos of two controversial TASER incidents at the DeKalb County Jail have been turned over to the FBI for further investigation.

WSB TV reports that one of the incidents led to the forced resignation of one sergeant, the demotion of four others, and the suspension of another. The sergeant who resigned allegedly told inmates to stand in water with their hands on their heads for a half an hour.

The same sergeant is believed to have TASERed an inmate until he passed out.

The incidents occurred in January 2012, within weeks of each other.

Sheriff Jeff Mann said that they had received an inquest from the FBI to provide the case file on the second incident that involved the firing of the sergeant.

At least five from the county are interested in testifying about the TASER incidents.
