PANAMA CITY BEACH — The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is staying busy this month with many visits from spring breakers at their “Welcome Center.”
And by welcome center, we mean the mobile booking jail facility that the sheriff created about three years ago located on Thomas Drive.
This allows law enforcement to drop off their prisoner and get back to the beach.
