The device is six inches in length and, according to the inmate, made from his albuteral inhaler, card board, and toilet paper. The wick is made from his blanket and the device is held together with elastic rubber band material from his underwear.

According to police who called in their internal pharmacy, this device could explode in extreme heat because of the inhaler being under pressure.
