PERTH, Australia — An Australian CO has set a Guinness Book of World Records record for being the youngest female to swim the North Channel, between northeastern Ireland and southwestern Scotland.

Finoa, 20, completed the 37 km coldwater swim in 10 hours and 4 minutes.

Fiona has previously completed the Rottnest swim three times and swam the English Channel in 2022.

According to a Department of Justice Western Australia Facebook post, Fiona plans to pass on her goal-setting skills, determination and commitment to her 24 adult detention clients.
