Inmate gets 72 months after spitting, threatening judge

JUNEAU — A 31-year-old inmate at Waupun Correctional Institution made his initial appearance in one case and was sentenced to 72 additional months in the state prison system on Wednesday after being found guilty of charges from three separate cases.

Jesse Williams pleaded no contest to two counts of throwing or expelling a bodily substance and one count of threats to a judge. Three counts of felony bail jumping and one count of disorderly conduct were dismissed and read in to the record.

Judge Joseph Sciascia ordered a total of 72 months in the prison system, broken into 36 months of initial confinement and 36 months of extended supervision, consecutive to any other sentence he may be serving.
