Gary York is a retired Florida senior prison Inspector, a former state correctional officer and felony probation officer. He has 27 years experience in the field and has a masters degree in Criminal Justice. He was senior prison Inspector of the year in 1998 and received an accommodation from the Civil-Criminal Division in Washington D.C .for one of his prison investigations.
