ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. — A funeral service will be held this week for a St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office jail deputy who died in a car wreck while on the way to work.
TCPalm reports that Deputy Alan Ross was killed last Thursday when his vehicle struck a pole on Interstate 95.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday; arrangements are being handled by the Haisley Funeral and Cremation Service.
